Shipping Information

 

MPSPrinters.com Shipping and Handling Info:

 

  • Large, Oversized, Multi-boxed items may incur additional shipping charges.  You will be notified of additional shipping charges prior to final processing and shipping and have an opportunity to cancel or change your order if you are not satisfied with any additional charges.
  • Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or national trucking company.

 

Orders are processed until 5pm CST (M-F):

  • Most internet orders placed before 5pm CST Monday thru Friday will be processed the same day. 
  • Please note, orders placed after 5pm CST Time Monday thru Friday, may not be processed and confirmed until the following business day.  Orders placed after 5pm Friday generally will be processed and confirmed on the following Monday.  Holidays, Saturdays and Sundays are not business days.  We observe most federal holidays.
  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and confirmed on Monday.
  • Order acknowledgment, confirmation of product availability, and shipping tracking information will be provided to you via email after your order is processed. 
  • A physical address is required for shipment.  We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • We verify all credit cards before shipping.  In some cases, this may delay stated delivery dates.

 

Products will ship from locations based on availability:

Fusers & Parts will ship from the closest of 6 locations - TX, PA, WI or GA

Printers will typically ship from the closest of 4 locations - TX, WI, GA or IL

Ink & Toner will ship from the closest of 2 locations - AZ, NV, PA or TX

 

SHIPPING OPTIONS:

Standard Ground or LTL: 1-4 business days after order processing

2-3 Day Express: 2-3 Business days after order processing

Overnight: 1 Business days after order processing

  • 2-3 Day Express delivery dates do not have guaranteed delivery times.  Signatures may be required upon delivery.  Drivers will not leave packages without signatures, so you must arrange for someone to receive the package and sign for it.  You may want to use a business shipping address to ensure that someone will be available to sign for the package.
  • Overnight delivery dates have guaranteed delivery times dependant on which overnight shipping option you have selected.  Signatures may be required upon delivery.  Drivers will not leave packages without signatures, so you must arrange for someone to receive the package and sign for it.  You may want to use a business shipping address to ensure that someone will be available to sign for the package.
  • Saturday delivery options are available for an increased cost. Please contact your account manager or customer service to determine if Saturday delivery is right for your needs.

 

Standard Shipping Rates:

Actual rates at time of purchase may vary and will be displayed in your Shopping Cart during the order process.  Shipping rates are calculated based on product weight and dimensions, delivery distance, and any delivery options. See "Additional Shipping Charges" for more information.

Additional Shipping and Handling Charges and Insurance:

  • Oversized or bulky items, including MFP printers and Plotters, may incur additional shipping and handling charges. 
  • Freight items require a custom quote based on your requirements. Please contact one of our account managers or customer service prior to purchase for any freight items.

 

Please Note The Following:

  • We DO ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands and worldwide.  Please see contact your account manager or customer service for international orders.
  • Texas customers will be charged applicable sales tax on their orders.  Businesses or Residents of other jurisdictions may be charged sales tax as required by applicable law by our distribution partners.
  • All products with delivery to the continental US are shipped Standard Ground.  Please call if you have a special shipping request. Other shipping options are available when you check out for expedited shipping.

 


Your order will leave our location in good condition and risk of loss passes to you when we deliver your package to the shipper. 

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping handling company immediately to make a claim.
